How do I track my international order?

How do I opt out of promotional SMS messages?

What is your return policy?
30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. International returns may incur additional shipping costs. Refunds processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Do you handle customs and import duties?
Yes, we provide full customs documentation, tariff classification, and compliance handling. Import duties and taxes vary by destination and are the customer's responsibility. We'll notify you via SMS when your order clears customs.
